分析：<br />
从头位分析，Side-lying试验等于Semont复位法第一步，和Dix-Hallpike法相比较，主要是头部后仰角度要小一些，本质上没有太大差别。<br />
<br />
Dix-Hallpike法要求头部后仰20~30°角实际上并无科学依据。Dix和Hallpike设计诊断试验的时候，根本就没有耳石症概念，也没有考虑半规管空间方向等。<br />
我们对Dix-Hallpike试验进行改良，先低头60°，然后向一侧转头45°，维持头位躺下至平卧位头部不后仰，检查阴性患者复查传统Dix-Hallpike试验并没有发现阳性。<br />
